Lisa Florentine Schmalz (*1991) completed her vocal studies at the conservatories in Hamburg and Zurich. Engagements have taken her to the Kiel Opera, the Bremen Theatre and the Junge Deutsche Oper Berlin, among others. She repeatedly works at the interfaces of other performative contexts and in the field of contemporary music theatre, including at the Thalia Theater Hamburg and Kampnagel.

In recent years, she has increasingly created her own performative works. The empowerment of female singers is of particular importance to her. At the beginning of 2022, she completed the course “Curating in the Scenic Arts” at the University of Salzburg.
