SPARK

Moritz Koch is a percussionist and has been studying in the solo class of the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln with Dirk Rothbrust and Carlos Tarcha since October 2021. His concert activities range from jazz percussion to opera productions and contemporary music projects, on which he has been focusing for several years.

Koch was a fellow of the IEMA, works regularly with internationally renowned ensembles and collaborates with composers of our time. Numerous tours and CD productions expand his work. As a scholarship holder of the TONALi Stage Academy, he supervises social art projects in Hamburg, for example at the Finkenwerder district school.
